How long will it take for my order to ship?

1-5 business days unless otherwise indicated.

Is tracking included in shipping?

Tracking is included for all domestic US orders. Only international orders shipping via Priority Mail include tracking.

Why is international shipping so expensive?

I want to know too. Blame USPS, I guess.

I’m not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import fees imposed by your country. Please be aware of your country’s policies before ordering.

What if my order never arrives?

Once a package enters the postal system, it’s quite literally out of my hands. If tracking is available, you can follow up with USPS.

I am not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. Please be sure to verify your address is correct before completing your order. Orders returned to the sender for any reason will only be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or contains defective items, refunds or store credit can be requested within five (5) days of order delivery. If it has been more than five days since your order has arrived, refunds or store credit are no longer available. Refunds are not available for any other reason.

Exchanges are not available.


Why isn’t [specific piece] available?

Not all of my work is available as prints and I routinely retire older prints and other merchandise.

Why aren’t there any 11×17 prints available in this store? You have them at conventions!

I currently don’t have a good way to ship them without damaging them. If this changes at a later date, I will add them to the store. In the meantime, some of my pieces are available as larger size prints (and other cool stuff) on my print on demand shops, Redbubble, Society6, and inPRNT.
